Our Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
• Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all original tags and labels still attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable once opened or used. Please review the specific product descriptions for any such limitations.
• How to Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team via email at support@dralvix.com or by phone at +18023092824 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
• Return Shipping: Dralvix LLC provides a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and our team inspects it, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Afterpay / Klarna) within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
