3. Order Processing & Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders placed with Dralvix LLC are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST, excluding holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Times: We offer Standard Shipping, which typically delivers within 3-7 business days. All orders on https://dralvix.com/ receive free standard shipping (threshold of $0).
  • Domestic Shipping Only: Dralvix LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping services.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items purchased from Dralvix LLC within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Dralvix LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. Please contact support@dralvix.com to initiate a return and receive your label.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
