Shipping Policy

At Dralvix, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Our shipping policy ensures that you have a clear understanding of how and when your products will arrive.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your package in real time.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all states within the U.S.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • First, check with your local courier or neighbors.

  • If it cannot be located, contact us at support@dralvix.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
    We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.


6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@dralvix.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing the order.
Dralvix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If the package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After the order is processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
