  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all original tags and labels still attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable once opened or used. Please review the specific product descriptions for any such limitations.

  • Return Shipping: Dralvix LLC provides a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
