Ship the item back to our return address (provided after approval).
Inspection and approval usually take 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Need a different size or color?
We offer free exchanges for the same item (if in stock). Just email us your request and send the item back following the same process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
